- 2 / 5By Amanda BurchOf coarse the FREE WiFi is why the kids wanted to come here... but the customer service is horrible! On a Saturday after lunch rush, and I waited almost 20 minutes for 3 ice cream sundaes. Needless to say we had been forgot about while the Manager on Duty (she acted like it) sat in a chair and texted. When I walked up to ask about our order she laughed and told associate, "yeah she might want those sundaes!" Just rude, poor customer service!February 16, 2017
